Sand Dollar Half Day Snorkel Trip 3 hours

Sand Dollar Half Day Snorkel Trip

Sand Dollar is a great half day trip from St Maarten, offering sightseeing, snorkeling and swimming. Captain Alex is one of our most complimented staff members and will be looking after your tour group for the day!

The cruise takes guests through the lagoon, along our beautiful coastline and up to Creole Rock, off Grand Case. Creole Rock is a large rock formation with a reef extending out towards to the mainland, about a mile offshore. Waters are shallow and calm and provide excellent snorkeling. The boat picks up a mooring in a large sandy patch, in about 8ft of water.

The site is a shallow one for diving, but the reef life is great with chances of seeing the rare frogfish, puffer fish, occasional barracuda and many different varieties of reef fish. Divers are welcome, however they must bring their own equipment.

A large cooler keeps beers and sodas ice cold for refreshment throughout the day, and French baguette and gouda cheese are served to hungry snorkelers. Guests should bring towels, hats and sun block, and have their bathing suits on. Underwater cameras are on sale in our boutique for those who wish to capture the beauty of the underwater world!

Non swimmers are also welcome to share in the enjoyable boat ride with great views of Anguilla from Creole Rock, and refreshments included on board.

St Maarten Golden Eagle Friday Farewell Party 8 hours

The Golden Eagle, St Maarten

Tour departs from Bobby's Marina at 9:00am on Tuesdays and Fridays and sets sail for the deserted nature island of 'Tintemarre', where the Golden Eagle will nuzzle her bow into a fabulous golden sand beach. Enjoy the unspoiled beach, explore the island, look for shells or float in crystal clear waters.

The friendly crew will provide you with free beach floats and snorkeling equipment, together with any help or instruction you may need. You will spend approximately one hour and a half at this venue before setting sail to the next stop, Creole Rock on the French side of St Martin. Enjoy the sailing with an attentive crew and sounds of tropical island music. At Creole Rock, you can have a 30-minute snorkel from the catamaran, or laze in the sun sipping rum punch before lunch.

You will then arrive at the famous Grand Case restaurant strip where calm waters and beautiful vistas await. Lunch is an occasion to remember. Served in the shade at one of the beachside restaurants of the gourmet capital of St Martin - Grand Case - you will enjoy a 3-course full service meal. Enjoy a cold glass of French wine and take time for a swim in the ocean as you will have a relaxing two hours to spend here.

The next leg of your round the island sailing voyage is past Marigot, Baie Rouge, La Samana and Sunset Beach, where you will anchor for a last dip in the ocean before returning with the setting sun to dock in Great Bay.

Homeward bound, you will cruise downwind listening to great music, while enjoying cocktails and snacks from the complimentary bar. Your vehicle awaits you on returning to take you back to your St Maarten hotel.
