This exciting one day trek departs from Nadi into spectacular upper reaches of the Nausori Highlands region.

Trek to the traditional Fijian village of Yavuna one of the highlands oldest village settled in early 1700's. Enjoy a traditional Fijian lunch, refreshing swim and time with the local villagers.

On the summit, enjoy spectacular view of Nadi Bay and Mt Evans Ranges. This one day trek combines excellent trekking with a cultural experience.

Due to the respectfully structured culture, your guide will remind you to observe these points while on trek. Girls are to wear a Fijian "sulu" (a practical wrap around cotton skirt - issued complimentary by your guide before entering a village) as it is considered disrespectful for women to wear shorts in Fijian villages. While in a Fijian village it is disrespectful to: wear hats, sit on doorways, or stand up during the "sevu sevu" ceremony to the village elders. Apart from this, you can move freely about the village and discover the charm and friendly warmth of these villagers.

Anchor off Modriki where you can go ashore to explore the uninhabited island with magnificent beaches and snorkeling. On Yanuya, visit a traditional Fijian island village where you will be welcomed ashore with a Kava ceremony (except Sunday), and have the opportunity to explore the village and meet the locals.

Passengers travel to and from Mana Island on board a fast catamaran (where you transfer directly to Seaspray) so as to maximize the sailing time amongst the most beautiful island areas.

Nothing like a day at sea for a big appetite so morning and afternoon tea, plus a delicious BBQ lunch are all included. All your drinks are included as well with wine, beer, soft drinks, tea and coffee available throughout the day whilst on Seaspray.

Tivua Island is close enough to Nadi to be the perfect destination for an introduction to cruising the islands of Fiji. Set sail by tall ship to this pristine island, surrounded by 500 acres of spectacular coral reef. Tivua Island is a sanctuary for turtles during the nesting season, and is surrounded by a circle of white sandy beaches.

Sailing aboard the brigantine Ra Marama you will be able to sunbathe in the bowsprit, watch for dolphins playing in the bow wave and enjoy the music and entertainment as you cruise. This historic tall ship, named after a famous nineteenth century Fijian war canoe, was built for the Governor General of Fiji in 1957.

Upon arrival at Tivua Island, soak up the natural atmosphere where you can swim in the tropical waters, explore the island or simply relax on the pristine sandy beaches. If you're feeling energetic, a selection of water activities such as snorkeling or the use of canoes is included. You will also be able to indulge in a delicious buffet luncheon before the return sail to Nadi.
