Your evening festivities will commence as the sun begins to set at the King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel and you're welcomed to the spectacular Island Breeze Luau with a traditional Lei greeting, picture taking, open bar, arts and crafts, and Imu ceremony are all a part of the welcome and introduction to your Island Breeze Luau.

The Island Breeze show is filled with excitement, aloha and 'ohana, (love and family). From the Fijian and Maori dances of war to the gracefulness of the Hawaiian hula hands, the evening bring you and your family a fun-filled night. Daring Samoan Fire knife dancer highlights your experience with an astonishing demonstration of bravery and skill!

The Big Island's Kohala Coast offers some of the best diving in the Hawaiian Islands. The water here is clear year-round often exceeding 100-foot visibility, with temperatures ranging from 72 degrees in the winter to 80 degrees in the summer.

The Big Island is still growing, thanks to the world's most active volcano, Kilauea. As a result, the Kohala coast is dominated by intricate lava flows, tunnels and crevices.

The 'Lani Kai' (Heavenly Seas) is Red Sail Sports 38-foot Delta Dive boat, designed in the United States for operation in the Pacific. The boat, which comfortably accommodates up to 18, was designed with a diver's needs and comfort in mind. It is equipped with a spacious dive platform, restroom facilities, fresh water showers and fresh water rinse buckets.

As the majestic island sun begins to set, you'll join in the fun at the Royal Kona Resort for a spectacular evening at the Lava Legend and Legacies Luau and Revue. This exciting traditional Polynesian luau is held in the resort's oceanfront coconut grove and includes a traditional shell lei greeting, open bar through dinner, torch lighting and Imu Ceremony and Kailua-Kona's premier all-you-can-eat Polynesian buffet.

Following the island-style feast, you'll enjoy the cast of musicians and dancers as they take you through a fast-paced journey through the South Pacific Islands. Their show includes songs and dances rarely seen in typical luau shows and is highlighted by the Samoan 'fire knife' dance. The performance alone will keep you talking for months.
