Red Sail Sports Hawaii Two Tank Dive or Snorkel 4 hours

Red Sail Sports Hawaii Two Tank Dive or Snorkel

The Big Island's Kohala Coast offers some of the best diving in the Hawaiian Islands. The water here is clear year-round often exceeding 100-foot visibility, with temperatures ranging from 72 degrees in the winter to 80 degrees in the summer.

The Big Island is still growing, thanks to the world's most active volcano, Kilauea. As a result, the Kohala coast is dominated by intricate lava flows, tunnels and crevices.

The 'Lani Kai' (Heavenly Seas) is Red Sail Sports 38-foot Delta Dive boat, designed in the United States for operation in the Pacific. The boat, which comfortably accommodates up to 18, was designed with a diver's needs and comfort in mind. It is equipped with a spacious dive platform, restroom facilities, fresh water showers and fresh water rinse buckets.

Mask, fins, snorkels, cold beverages, seasonal fresh fruit, snacks and fresh towels are provided with every dive

Snorkelers are also welcome! If you wish to come along on this diving tour, but do not dive, you are still welcome! Choose the SNORKEL option at time of booking and you can join the boat and enjoy all the inclusions, except of course, diving!

Please note:

  • This tour is not suitable for children aged under 12 years
  • All divers must present certification card

Kona Submarine Adventure plus Royal Kona Resort Luau 4.5 hours

Boy looking through Viewport

Your adventure begins with an unforgettable 35-minute journey aboard an Atlantis 48-passenger submarine, as featured in National Geographic television specials, where guests explore a 25-acre natural coral reef and its marine inhabitants! A new adventure awaits you at depths up to 100 feet! Enjoy the view in air-conditioned comfort and safety.

As the majestic island sun begins to set, you'll join in the fun at the Royal Kona Resort for a spectacular evening at the Lava Legend and Legacies Luau and Revue. This exciting traditional Polynesian luau is held in the resort's oceanfront coconut grove and includes a traditional shell lei greeting, open bar through dinner, torch lighting and Imu Ceremony and Kailua-Kona's premier all-you-can-eat Polynesian buffet.

Following the island-style feast, you'll enjoy the cast of musicians and dancers as they take you through a fast-paced journey through the South Pacific Islands. Their show includes songs and dances rarely seen in typical luau shows and is highlighted by the Samoan 'fire knife' dance. The performance alone will keep you talking for months.

Volcano Lava Tour on the Big Island 7 hours

Thurston Lava Tube

Your day will start in Hilo at the beautiful Japanese Gardens named after Queen Lili'uokalani. Here you can enjoy an awesome view of Mauna Kea, one of the worlds tallest mountains, and a gorgeous view of the Hamakua coast.

From here you will be driven south to begin your ascent to Volcanoes National Park. On your way you will experience the beauty of the Big Island's plants, trees, and ferns. Once in the park you will visit the Sulfur Banks, the Steam Vents, the Jagger (volcano) Museum, Halema'um'au Crater, Thurston Lava Tube, and Kilauea Iki Crater.

And then begin your descent down toward the ocean to the end of Chain of Craters Road, where you will hike out to the Lava. However, there are no guarantees of hiking time or visibility. Only Madame Pele knows for sure where lava will flow. On the day of your scheduled hike the tour operators will check with the park rangers to determine the current situation.

  • Participants must be able to walk over uneven terrain and short climbs
