| The location has been carefully chosen for its confined attributes privacy, access, services, amenities and aesthetics. Conveniently situated on the outskirts of Oroklini village with some stunning views to the countryside and the sea (2.5 km) in the background.
The village itself which is within walking distance offers a range of shops, including organic produce, a supermarket, bank, chemist, laundry and dry cleaners, an animal ranch with horse and donkey rides and even go-carting.
Some parts of the village have been restored to the original traditional style and boasts some fine rustic restaurants.
Oroklini public beach with some fine hotels is only five minutes away (2.5 km) and the center of Larnaca 15 km. The International Airport is 20 km away, Ayia Napa and Nicosia can be reached within 30 minutes, Limassol in 45 minutes and the Troodos Mountains in an hour.
