Full Day Tour of Kos Island 8 hours

Asklepeion, Kos

This is the perfect way to discover all the island of Kos has to offer in just one day! With the help of your official guide, you will learn about history, mythology and the way of life on the island.

Your first stop will be Asklepeion, the medical treatment center of the father of medicine, Hippocrates. From Asklepeion, your tour continues to the village of Zia, located in the foothills of the mountain Dikaios (3.3 miles / 846 meters). This is a typical Greek village with small white houses and plenty of shops for handmade Greek products.

From Zia, you will travel to Antimahia in the center of the island, where you will visit a windmill, before continuing to Kefalos. Kefalos is the last village in the south of the island and has a panoramic view over the bay of Kamari.

Continuing to Kamari, you will have the opportunity to have a refreshing dip in the ocean before heading to Kardamena - the second biggest tourist resort on the island. You will have some free time to walk the small streets of the village, before returning to your hotel.

Kefalonia Island Tour 10 hours

Kefalonia Island Tour

A unique opportunity to explore the island of Kefalonia. A photo opportunity at the picturesque ' Myrtos' beach before arriving in Fiscardo, a picture postcard harbor set in a natural bay. Wander around the village to see some Venetian and neo classic pre-earthquake houses.

Next stop is Sami, the second largest port of the island and St Efimia where you have the opportunity to stop for lunch and visit the underground lake of Melissani and Drogarati Gave.

The ravine of Poros is one of the most beautiful geological phenomena of Kefalonia. This wild and imposing landscape is connected to a strange legend that claims that the hollows in the rocks are the footprints of the huge supernatural feet of the hero Hercules.

The original pre-earthquake village of Skala stood on the slopes of the hill to the North-East of the existing village. Many of the remains are still there and it is well worth a walk up the hills. Skala is also known for its long, beautiful and clean, sandy beaches and nearby there are small natural bays with secluded beaches.
