Ouwerkerk () is a town in the Dutch province of Zeeland. It is a part of the municipality of Schouwen-Duiveland, and lies about 26 km south of Hellevoetsluis.
Ouwerkerk was a separate municipality until 1961, when it was merged with Duiveland.
In 2001, the town of Ouwerkerk had 454 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.15 km², and contained 202 residences.
The statistical area "Ouwerkerk", which also can include the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 690.
